0-3岁婴幼儿家庭教养的支持策略研究⃰

Research on Support Strategies for Family Parenting of 0-3 Year Old Infants and Young Children

摘要 家庭早期教养问题,不仅影响着幼儿的终身发展,也影响着家庭的和谐稳定。为婴幼儿家长进行早期教养方面的指导,可以帮助家长树立科学的早期教养观念,掌握必要的早期教养知识,提高家长进行早期教养的能力。对国内外婴幼儿家庭的早期教养有效指导和支持策略进行梳理发现,可以建立学习型家庭、提供早期教养的心理支持和增加针对隔代教养家庭的早期教养指导,来提高主要教养人的早期教养能力。此外,在支持策略的落实方面有必要提升社区早期教养支持的有效性、规范化培养早期教育家庭指导师、支持个性化的“入户指导”服务以及促进家庭早期教养的相关政策法规出台。 Early family education issues not only affect the lifelong development of children,but also the harmony and stability of the family.Guiding early education for parents of infants and young children can help parents establish correct early education concepts,master the necessary early education knowledge and improve the ability to carry out early education.Combing the early education and support strategies of infants and young children from domestic and overseas,we found that establishing learning families,providing the psychological support of early education and increasing early education guidance for intergenerational education families can improve early education ability of parents.In addition,in the implementation of support strategies,it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of the early education support of the community,standardize the early education family instructor,support personalized“household guidance”services and promote the introduction of relevant policies and regulations to promote early family education.
