摘要
目的近年来,冠状动脉疾病细胞焦亡的相关研究层出不穷,为探析全球该领域的研究现状、热点和发展趋势,采用文献计量学对相关研究进行统计分析评价,以期为之后的研究提供借鉴。方法检索中国知网和Web of Science核心数据库2004~2023年冠状动脉疾病细胞焦亡相关文献,应用Citespace、VOSviewer和Scimago Graphica软件对文献进行可视化分析。结果共筛选出1761篇文献,其中605篇中文文献,1156篇英文文献。可视化分析显示,该领域发文量呈逐年上升趋势,发文量最多的国家是中国,与各国合作强度最大的国家是美国,弗吉尼亚联邦大学和山东大学是领域内研究的热门机构,以杜冠华、胡龙江、张伟超、Abbate Antonio、Toldo Stefano、Mezzaroma Eleonora等为核心代表的研究团队对该领域贡献较大。关键词分析提示冠状动脉疾病细胞焦亡的病理机制研究持续性受到关注,心肌梗死、心肌缺血再灌注损伤是该领域研究的热点,利用药理学策略抑制细胞焦亡炎症信号是目前研究的主要热点,中医药通过抑制细胞焦亡改善冠状动脉疾病的机制研究逐渐受到重视。结论靶向冠状动脉细胞焦亡信号通路是冠状动脉疾病治疗的新靶点,可为冠状动脉疾病的临床治疗提供更多见解,为制定开发冠状动脉的药物提供新策略。
Objective In recent years,research on pyroptosis in coronary artery disease(CAD)has been emerging continuously.To explore the global research status,hotspots,and development trends in this field,a statistical analysis and evaluation of related studies were conducted by using bibliometric methods,aiming to provide references for future research.Methods The literature on pyroptosis of coronary artery disease were retrieved in databases of CNKI and Web of Science Core Collection from 2004 to 2023,and a visual analysis of the literature was conducted by using Citespace,VOSviewer and Scimago Graphica software.Results A total of 1761 articles were selected,including 605 Chinese articles and 1156 English articles.The visual analysis reveals that the number of publications in this field has shown a year-on-year increasing trend.China is the country with the highest publication output,while the United States exhibits the strongest collaboration intensity with other nations.Virginia Commonwealth University and Shandong University are the prominent research institutions in this field.Research teams led by core representatives such as Du Guanhua,Hu Longjiang,Zhang Weichao,Abbate Antonio,Toldo Stefano,and Mezzaroma Eleonora have made significant contributions to the field.Keyword analysis suggests that research on the pathological mechanisms of pyroptosis in coronary artery disease continues to attract sustained attention,and Myocardial infarction and myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury remain hotspots in this field.The use of pharmacological strategies to inhibit pyroptosis-related inflammatory signaling is currently a major research focus.Additionally,studies on traditional Chinese medicine mechanisms for improving coronary artery disease by suppressing pyroptosis are gradually gaining prominence.Conclusion Targeting the signaling pathway of pyroptosis of coronary artery is a novel therapeutic target for coronary artery disease,which can provide more insights into clinical treatments and offer new strategies for developing coronary artery drugs.
