摘要
目的采用文献计量学方法对药物基因组学33年研究概况进行可视化分析,快速了解该领域的演变过程、研究热点变化以及未来发展趋势。方法检索1990-2022年Web of Science核心合集数据库相关论文和综述,通过VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件对作者、机构、国家、期刊、共被引文献、关键词、基因及疾病进行可视化分析。结果共纳入19476篇药物基因组学相关文献,年发文量呈上升趋势,美国发文量最高,同时期刊分布和基金支持排名第1,合作意愿最强,中国发文量排名第3,基金支持及合作强度有待提升;药物基因组学、个体化医疗、遗传药理学是近10年领域内相关研究的主要热门方向,精准医疗、实施联盟、指南关键词透露着当前的热点及未来研究的趋势;药物基因组学领域关联的基因主要包括CYP2D6、CYP2C9、CYP2C19等重要基因,关联的疾病也越来越多,可划分为肿瘤、糖尿病和心血管类、神经精神类以及免疫系统4个大类。结论当前的研究热点有精准医疗、个体化医疗、实施联盟等,基因多态性、药物基因组学、药物动力学代表着领域的多元化发展方向;随着关联基因和疾病越来越多,药物基因组学在医学研究领域的发展越来越受到重视。
Objective To analyze the research situation of pharmacogenomics in 33 years by bibliometric method,and to quickly understand the evolution process,research hotspots and future development trend of pharmacogenomics.Methods Related papers and reviews of Web of Science core collection database from 1990 to 2022 were retrieved,and authors,institutions,countries,journals,co-cited literatures,keywords,genes and diseases were visually analyzed by VOSviewer and CiteSpace.Results A total of 19476 articles related to pharmacogenomics were included,with an increasing annual publication volume.The United States had the highest publication volume,ranking first in journal distribution and funding support,and showing the strongest willingness to cooperate.China ranked third in publication volume,with limited funding support and low cooperation intensity;Pharmacogenomics,personalized medicine,and genetic pharmacology had been hot research directions in the field in the past decade.Precision medicine,implementation alliances,and guideline keywords revealed current hotspots and future research trends.The genes associated in the field of pharmacogenomics included CYP2D6,CYP2C9,CYP2C19 and other important genes,and more and more diseases were associated,which could be divided into four categories:cancer,diabetes and cardiovascular,neuropsychiatry,and immune system.Conclusion The current research hotspots include precision medicine,individualized medicine,and implementation alliance.Gene polymorphism,pharmacogenomics,and pharmacokinetics represent the diversified development direction of the field.With the increasing number of associated genes and diseases,the development of pharmacogenomics in the field of medical research has received more and more attention.
