摘要
方言沟通障碍是目前医患沟通中存在的主要问题,会直接影响到手术安全性和患者满意度。临床主要表现为医护理解出现偏差、沟通时间延长、操作风险增高,同时患者紧张、配合依从度降低。工作中,在人文实践模式指导下,通过引入叙事医学理论,我院科室采取培训学习方言常用语、换方式提问、充分利用手势笔谈和翻译媒介、做好术前宣教等方式有效克服方言沟通障碍,从而提高了手术安全性和患者满意度。
Dialect communication barriers are currently the main issue in doctor-patient communication,directly affecting surgical safety and patient satisfaction.Clinically,this manifests as misunderstandings between medical staff and patients,extended communication time,higher operational risks,as well as patients'nervousness and lower compliance with cooperation.In practice,by introducing narrative medicine theory under the guidance of a humanistic practice model,our department has implemented several measures,including training staff in commonly used dialect phrases,asking questions in alternative ways,making full use of gestures,written communication,and translation tools,and conducting thorough preoperative education.These efforts have effectively overcome dialect communication barriers,thereby improving surgical safety and patient satisfaction.
