摘要
近年来,医患矛盾逐渐加剧,医患关系日益紧张是医疗环境的常见现象,本文对医患关系现状及原因进行了分析,并通过医患各自享有的权力,提出了医患沟通中有效的语言沟通技巧和非语言沟通技巧,以期促进医疗工作顺利进行,为构建良好的医患关系模式,缓解医患矛盾提供思路。
In recent years,doctor-patient contradiction has gradually intensified,and the increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship has been a common phenomenon in the medical treatment environment,this paper explores the current status and reasons of doctor-patient relationship,analyzes the rights of doctors and patients respectively,and puts forward effective verbal and nonverbal communication skills in doctor-patient communication,in the hope of facilitating the smooth process of medical treatment work and providing ideas for building a favorable doctor-patient relationship pattern and alleviating doctor-patient contradiction.
