摘要
纵横步进编织是制备三维预形件的有效方法之一。本文论述了三维编织的基本原理 ;讨论了纵横步进编织的基本过程和编织机的基本结构 ;着重对编织盘的形式和结构以及编织纱长度补偿的方式进行了全面的分析。
Track and column is one of efficiency methods of 3 D braiding. In this paper, the principle of 3 D braiding is stated; The basic operations while track and column braiding and the basic structure of braiding machine are discussed; The forms and frames of carrier moving plate and the length compensating principle of braiding yarns are mentioned especially.
