摘要
“场景”是前沿性颠覆性技术应用的载体,场景驱动创新是提升高校图书馆服务的有效路径。文章从理论和实践两方面调研国内高校图书馆场景驱动创新的现状,分析堵点难点,提供可行场景化服务路径。在理论层面通过文献调研法梳理高校图书馆场景驱动创新的研究现状,在实践层面收集场景需求和场景能力数据,使用隐含狄利克雷分布(LDA)主题分析方法和incoPat平台分析数据内涵,揭示供需矛盾。结合新质生产力对高校图书馆服务的要求,提出培养场景驱动创新意识、锚定增新提质强效目标、拓展颠覆性技术应用场景、重塑需求场景服务结构以及促进场景服务有机循环的合理路径。
"Context"is the carrier of cutting-edge and disruptive technology applications.Meanwhile,contextdriven innovation is an effective way to improve university library services.This article investigates the current status of context-driven innovation in university libraries in China from both theoretical and practical aspects,analyzes the bottlenecks and challenges,and then offers appropriate approaches for advancing context-based services.At the theoretical level,the current status of research on context-driven innovation in university libraries is analyzed through literature research.At the practical level,data pertaining to contextual demands and context's capacity to meet such demands are collected.Subsequently,the latent Dirichlet allocation(LDA)and incoPat are employed to analyze the data's connotations and reveal the contradiction between supply and demand.By integrating the requirements of new quality productive forces for university library services,this paper proposes following reasonable paths:fostering context-driven innovation awareness,implementing new goals to improve quality and efficiency,expanding the application context of disruptive technologies,remodeling the service structure demanded by context,and promoting the organic cycle of context services.
