连续管钻井定向器肋力矢量控制不确定性分析方法

摘要 连续管定向钻井过程中井下参数存在一定的不确定性,为了更为精确地控制井眼轨迹沿设计轨道钻进,提出了一定置信水平下定向器肋力矢量控制不确定性分析方法。基于纵横弯曲梁理论,构建了连续管钻井底部钻具组合三维受力模型,结合定向器肋力矢量方向与工具面角的空间几何关系,确定了定向器肋导向合力矢量表达式,并根据最小能量原则,建立了各肋力矢量的控制方案及变化规律。应用概率统计方法对试验参数的随机性分布状态和敏感性程度进行了统计分析,推导出定向器各肋力矢量的二维随机变量的概率密度函数及累积概率函数,得到了一定置信水平下预测各肋力矢量的置信区间模型,并对定向器肋力矢量控制不确定性方法进行了现场试验验证。试验结果表明:钻压、1#肋工具面角的随机性为连续管钻井定向器肋力矢量控制不确定性的主要影响因素;在肋力矢量超过所提出的不确定性置信区间时,实际井眼轨迹严重偏离设计井眼轨道;而肋力矢量在置信区间时,实际井眼轨迹与设计井眼轨道误差很小。所得结论可指导连续管钻井井眼轨迹控制的高效实施。 In the process of coiled tubing(CT)directional drilling,the downhole parameters have some uncertainties.To more accurately control the wellbore trajectory to advance along the planned course,an uncer‐tainty analysis method for rib force vector control of orientor at a certain confidence level was proposed.First,based on the theory of vertical and horizontal bending beam,a 3D force model of bottomhole assembly(BHA)for CT drilling was built.Second,combined with the spatial geometric relationship between the direction of orientor rib force vector and the orientation of tool face,the expression of the orientor rib steering resultant-force vector was determined.Third,based on the principle of minimum energy,a control scheme and variation law of each rib force vector were established.Fourth,the probabilistic method was used to conduct statistical analysis on the random distribution state and sensitivity degree of the experimental parameters,derive the probability density function and cumulative probability function of the 2D random variables of the rib force vectors of the orientor,and obtain a con‐fidence interval model for predicting the rib force vectors at a certain confidence level.Finally,the proposed uncer‐tainty analysis method for orientor rib force vector control was verified through field test.The test results show that the weight on bit and the randomness of the tool face orientation of No.1 rib are the main factors affecting the uncer‐tainty of rib force vector control of CT drilling orientor.When the rib force vector exceeds the uncertainty confi‐dence interval proposed,the actual wellbore trajectory deviates seriously from the planned course.When the rib force vector is within the confidence interval,the error between the actual wellbore trajectory and the planned course is very small.The research results guide the efficient implementation of wellbore trajectory control in CT drilling.
