旋转导向系统三翼肋偏置位移矢量控制方案 被引量:11

摘要 利用三翼肋静态偏置式旋转导向工具,研究了偏置位移矢量控制方法,将其简化为控制平面内位移矢量的合成与分解。结合工程实际要求,提出了分位移矢量计算的就近原则和最小能量原则。考虑到外套旋转角速度和翼肋动作到位时间,提出了分位移矢量计算方法,并实现了编程控制。将控制程序嵌入井下微处理器中,与随钻测量系统、地面监控系统构成信息大闭环控制系统,给出了具体应用方法,为旋转导向工具研制及现场应用提供理论依据和指导。 The control method for biasing displacement vector was studied by the use of three-pad static biasing rotary steerable tool.The control method was simplified as resultant and resolution of vectors in the control plane.By combination of the actual needs of engineering,the proximity and the minimum energy principles were proposed.The quantitative calculation method for component displacement vectors was proposed,and the program control was implemented.The spin angular of non-rotating sleeve in actual drilling was considered in the calculation method.The control program was embedded into the downhole microprocessor.A large closed-loop control system can be composed by the downhole microprocessor,measurement while drilling(MWD) system and surface monitoring system.The detailed application method of the closed-loop control system was given.The control scheme can provide theory basis and guidance for development and field application of rotary steerable tool.
