提升大跨度预应力空心板质量合格率的工艺优化设计

摘要 以西安团结安置社区及配套项目大跨度、大荷载楼盖为例,首先介绍此类构件设计的基本内容,包括缓粘结钢绞线选取以及填充体的性能,再分析大跨度预应力空心板的施工工艺,并结合实际工程对工艺流程进行以下优化:(1)通过结构优化及设计复核,将梁宽度改为200mm,便于现场施工进度。(2)采用赶浆法分层分段浇筑,可更好地保证填充体的稳定性。(3)采用止水螺杆复合垫块的固定填充体,能有效提升安装合格率。通过施工过程中的质量把控,将大跨度预应力空心板安装合格率从86.6%提升至95.0%,提升了施工质量。 Taking the Xi’an Solidarity Resettlement Community and supporting projects with large-span and large load floor slabs as an example,this article first introduces the basic content of the design of such compo-nents,including the selection of slow bonded steel strands and the performance of the filling material.Analyze the construction process of large-span prestressed hollow slabs and optimize the process flow based on actual en-gineering:1.Through structural optimization and design review,change the beam width to 200mm to facilitate on-site construction progress.2.Adopt the method of pouring in layers and sections to better ensure the stability of the filling material.3.The use of waterproof screws and cushion blocks conforms to the fixed filling body,ef-fectively improving the installation qualification rate.Through quality control during the construction process,the installation qualification rate of large-span hollow slabs has been increased from 86.6%to 95.0%,improv-ing the construction quality.
