摘要
为研究工程建设中的混凝土装配式住宅施工工艺,以某房屋建筑项目为例,该项目总建筑面积为53 189 m^(2),主要运用了预制构件与现浇混凝土相结合的混合施工方法。通过对施工前期准备、预制墙板的安装、预制阳台板的安装等施工工艺的详细阐述,分析了施工过程中面临的技术要求和挑战。结果表明,采用混合施工方法后,项目的施工周期缩短了约25%,质量合格率大幅提升,尤其是预制构件的安装合格率达到98%,显示出该工艺在提升施工效率和质量方面的显著优势。
To study concrete prefabricated housing construction technology in engineering projects,this study took a 53,189 m^(2) building as a case study.It employed a combination of precast components and cast-in-place concrete.The study analysed construction preparation,prefabricated wall and balcony panel installation,and the associated technical requirements and challenges.Results show that the mixed construction method shortens the project cycle by about 25%and significantly improves quality rates.In particular,the installation qualification rate for prefabricated components reaches 98%,increasing the process's effectiveness in enhancing construction efficiency and quality.
