中国新能源产业链韧性的水平测度、区域差异及收敛特征 被引量:5

摘要 文章将2010—2023年中国31个省份的数据作为研究样本,建立包含4个一级指标11个二级指标的综合评价指标体系,利用熵值法对中国新能源产业链韧性水平进行测度,使用泰尔指数分析中国新能源产业链韧性的区域差异及其来源,并运用收敛模型考察新能源产业链韧性的收敛特征。研究发现:(1)中国新能源产业链韧性呈现波动上升趋势,不同区域存在一定差异。(2)产业链自我恢复能力和技术创新能力两大子维度的发展是中国新能源产业链韧性提升的重要动能。(3)研究期内,全国和四大地区内部新能源产业链韧性差异逐渐缩小,且区域间差异是造成中国新能源产业链韧性总体差异的主要原因。(4)中国新能源产业链韧性存在σ收敛和条件β收敛特征,但不同地区的收敛速度存在差异。 This paper takes the data of 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2023 as research samples to establish a comprehensive evaluation index system containing 4 primary indicators and 11 secondary indicators,then uses the entropy method to measure the resilience level of China’s new energy industry chain,employs the Theil Index to analyze the regional differences in the resilience of China’s new energy industry chain and their sources,and finally uses the convergence model to examine the convergence characteristics of the new energy industrial chain resilience.The research findings are shown as follows:(1)The resilience of China’s new energy industrial chain shows a fluctuating growth trend,with certain differences in different regions.(2)The development of the two sub-dimensions of self-recovery ability and technological innovation ability of the industrial chain is the important driving force for improving the resilience of China’s new energy industrial chain.(3)During the research period,the differences in resilience of the new energy industrial chain across the country and among the four major regions have gradually narrowed,and regional differences are the main reason for the overall differences in resilience of China’s new energy industrial chain.(4)The resilience of China’s new energy industrial chain exhibits bothσconvergence and conditionalβconvergence characteristics,but the convergence speed varies in different regions.
