摘要
文章基于2011—2023年我国30个省份的面板数据,实证检验新质生产力、新型农村集体经济与农民农村共同富裕之间的关系。研究表明:新质生产力能够显著促进农民农村共同富裕;异质性检验结果表明,在东部地区、城镇化水平高的省份,新质生产力对农民农村共同富裕的赋能效应更显著;中介效应检验结果表明,新质生产力可通过促进新型农村集体经济发展来间接赋能农民农村共同富裕;调节效应检验结果表明,数字科技创新可强化新质生产力对农民农村共同富裕的赋能效应。因此,应聚焦要素优化升级,释放新质生产力驱动效能;切实强化产业协作,壮大新型农村集体经济;完善区域管理体系,因地制宜发展新质生产力。
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2023,this paper empirically examines the relationship between new quality productivity,new rural collective economy and common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.The research shows that the new quality productivity can significantly promote the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.Heterogeneity test results show that in the eastern region and provinces with high urbanization level,the enabling effect of new quality productivity on the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas is more significant.The mediating effect test results show that the new quality productivity can indirectly enable the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas by promoting the development of new rural collective economy.The results of regulatory effect test show that digital technological innovation can enhance the empowering effect of new quality productivity on the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas.Therefore,efforts should be focused on optimizing and upgrading elements to release new quality productivity and drive energy efficiency,strengthening industrial collaboration in a practical way to expand the new type of rural collective economy,and improving the regional management system to develop new quality productive forces in accordance with local conditions.
