摘要
劳动教育是我国教育体系中不可或缺的重要组成部分。在职普融通背景下,职业院校劳动教育的关键性作用更为凸显,其不仅有利于实现职普融通赋能技能型社会建设的愿景与促进个体多样化发展的目的,更能在发挥劳动教育作为职业教育与普通教育融通的桥梁功能时展现出比较优势。然而,目前职业院校劳动教育普遍存在教育认知与目标设定模糊、课程设置滞后与教学实施形式化、评价机制与保障体系不完善等问题。为有效推进职普融通背景下职业院校劳动教育的改革与发展,应从以下方面着手:进一步深化对劳动教育的全面认知,明确目标定位;优化劳动教育课程设置,推进教学实施创新;构建科学的劳动教育评价体系,完善职普互通合作机制。
Labor education is an indispensable and important part of China’s education system.Under the background of integration of vocational and general education,the key role of labor education in vocational colleges has become more prominent.It is not only conducive to realizing the vision of empowering the construction of a skill-oriented society through the integration of vocational and general education and promoting the diversified development of individuals,but also can show comparative advantages when playing the role of labor education as a bridge between the integration of vocational education and general education.However,at present,labor education in vocational colleges generally has problems such as vague educational cognition and goal setting,lagging curriculum and formalized teaching implementation,and imperfect evaluation mechanisms and guarantee systems.To effectively promote the reform and development of labor education in vocational colleges under the background of integration of vocational and general education,efforts should be made in the following aspects:further deepen the comprehensive cognition of labor education and clarify the goal orientation;optimize the curriculum setting of labor education and promote the innovation of teaching implementation;construct a scientific evaluation system for labor education and improve the cooperation mechanism for mutual connection between vocational and general education.
