摘要
职普融合教育作为我国教育改革的重要方向,旨在通过整合职业教育与普通教育资源,促进学生全面发展。职普融合教育的价值诉求重在通过增强学生的社会参与能力落实核心素养培养目标,以复合型人才培养为导向推动学生的多元化发展,借助职业启蒙教育优化学生的职业生涯规划。然而,当下职普融合教育面临一些现实困境:“重普轻职”传统观念限制了职业教育发展,“高考指挥棒”弱化了职业教育地位,以及职普课程融合深度不够。为实现职普教育的深度融合,在教育观念层面应开拓职普教育融合共生的新思路,在教学模式上应探索学科知识与职业技能的有机融合,在评价制度方面应建立以核心素养为本位的综合评价体系。
As a pivotal direction of China’s educational reform,vocational-general education integration(VGEI)seeks to holistically develop students by bridging vocational and general education resources.The value proposition of VGEI lies in enhancing students’societal participation to cultivate core competencies,fostering diversified development through interdisciplinary talent cultivation,and optimizing career planning via early career enlightenment.However,current implementation faces three systemic dilemmas:the entrenched bias favoring general education over vocational training,the marginalization of vocational education under the college-entrance-exam-dominated system,and insufficient curricular integration.To facilitate profound synergy between vocational and general education,transformative measures are required:reconceptualizing the relationship between the two tracks as symbiotic and mutually reinforcing,developing pedagogical models that organically blend academic knowledge with vocational skills,and establishing a comprehensive evaluation system anchored in core competencies.
