摘要
从组织跨界融合的视角提出,职业教育产教融合是教育系统与产业系统跨越组织边界建立跨界融合区域,确立交互联系,推动产教优势资源整合,并指出职业教育产教融合的组织间边界包括“相对边界”和“绝对边界”。分析了职业教育产教融合的组织间关系,发现其是通过共享资源增强彼此间的交互关联,依托跨界融合区域削弱组织边界壁垒,依靠跨界团队保障业务开展。基于此,提出职业教育产教融合的治理策略:创新界面管理机制,化解界面冲突;突破制度边界,协调双方利益;强化技术赋能,实现智慧治理。
From the perspective of organizational cross-boundary integration,the integration of industry and education in vocational education refers to the establishment of a cross-boundary integration zone by the education system and the industrial system across organizational boundaries,the establishment of interactive connections,and the promotion of the integration of advantageous resources from industry and education.From this perspective,the inter-organizational boundaries in the integration of industry and education in vocational education include“relative boundaries”and“absolute boundaries”.Therefore,the inter-organizational relationship in such integration is characterized by enhancing mutual interactive correlation through the exchange of shared resources,weakening organizational boundary barriers by relying on cross-boundary integration zones,and ensuring business operations by means of cross-boundary teams.Based on organizational cross-boundary integration,governance strategies for the integration of industry and education in vocational education are proposed as follows:innovate interface management mechanisms to resolve interface conflicts;break through institutional boundaries to coordinate the interests of both parties;and strengthen technical empowerment to achieve smart governance.
