摘要
为进一步提升医院中层干部分层分类培训的质效,上海市第六人民医院运用Goldstein模型对中层干部队伍的培训需求予以精准分析,据此制定并实施医院中层干部培训总体设计方案。本研究立足上海市第六人民医院2021—2023年中层干部培训实践,从培训需求分析及目标拟定、培训实践、成效分析和思考讨论四个方面予以论述,总结归纳运用Goldstein模型推动中层干部分层分类培训质效提升的经验方法,以期为公立医院做好中层干部分层分类培训提供实践参考。
In order to further improve the quality and efficiency of hierarchical and classified training for middle-level cadres in hospitals,Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital used the Goldstein model to accurately analyze the training needs of the middle-level cadre team,and based on this,formulated and implemented an overall design plan for middle-level cadre training in the hospital.This study is based on the training practice of middle-level cadres in Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital from 2021 to 2023.In this paper,the authors conduct discussion from four aspects:training needs analysis and goal setting,training practice,effectiveness analysis and reflection discussion.It summarizes and generalizes the experience and methods of using the Goldstein model to promote the quality and efficiency improvement of hierarchical and classified training for middle-level cadres,with the aim of providing practical references for public hospitals to do a good job in hierarchical and classified training for middle-level cadres.
