摘要
“双碳”目标下物流行业面临着绿色转型的机遇与挑战,绿色技能人才的培养成为关键。本文探讨了“双碳”目标下物流行业的转型需求,分析了高等教育在培养绿色技能人才中的战略意义,并针对当前高等教育物流专业在课程设置、校企合作、师资建设等方面存在的问题进行了详细阐述。最后本文提出通过重塑课程体系、深化校企合作、加强师资建设和推动绿色文化建设等,以提升物流专业绿色技能人才的培养水平。此外,政府政策支持和激励机制的创新将为这一过程提供有力保障。
Under the“Dual Carbon”goal,the logistics industry faces opportunities and challenges for green transformation,and the cultivating of green-skilled talents has become the key.This paper explores the transformation needs of the logistics industry under the“Dual Carbon”gcal,analyzes the strategic significance of higher education in cultivating green skilled talents,and elaborates in detail on the bottlenecks in curriculum design,school-enterprise cooperation,and faculty construction in the current logistics major of higher education.Finally,this paper proposes to enhance the training level of green-skilled talents in logistics by reshaping the curriculum system,deepening school-enterprise cooperation,strengthening teacher construction,promoting green culture and so on.In addition,government policy support and innovation of incentive mechanisms will provide strong guarantees for this process.
