摘要
小型水库是水利工程体系的重要组成部分,对防洪、供水和灌溉等意义重大。然而,受历史条件及运维管理限制,多数水库存在病险问题,威胁工程安全及民生保障。以广州市花都区狮岭镇葛麻坑水库除险加固整治工程为例,经前期勘察分析病险与安全风险,提出针对性除险加固措施,探讨工程质量管理现状、问题及对策,提升小型水利工程质量管理水平。
Small reservoirs are an important part of the hydraulic engineering system,and are of great significance for flood control,water supply and irrigation.However,limited by historical conditions and operation and maintenance management,most reservoirs have disease and danger problems,which threaten the safety of the project and the protection of people's livelihood.Taking the risk elimination and reinforcement project of gemakeng reservoir in Shiling Town,Huadu District,Guangzhou as an example,through the preliminary investigation and analysis of the disease and safety risks,this paper puts forward targeted risk elimination and reinforcement measures,discusses the current situation,problems and Countermeasures of project quality management,and improves the quality management level of small water conservancy projects.
