摘要
基于2010—2022年中国29个省份面板数据构建综合评价指标体系,测算农业新质生产力及农民收入水平,实证检验农业新质生产力对农民收入水平的影响效应及作用机制。结果表明:农业新质生产力对农民增收具有正向积极作用;农业新质生产力对中西部、长江经济带和京津冀城市群的农民增收作用更强;农业新质生产力可通过培育乡村农业机械从业人员和农业机械专业户以及提高城乡消费支出能力来促进农民增收,实现农民农村共同富裕。据此,提出多措并举提高乡村建设水平、搭建农业区域协调发展格局和以人才作为农业新质生产力促进农民增收等建议,以实现农业高质量发展。
Based on panel data from 29 provinces spanning from 2010 to 2022,the study constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system to measure agricultural new quality productive forces and farmers’income levels,and empirically examines the effect and mechanism of agricultural new quality productive forces on farmers’income levels.The results indicate that agricultural new quality productive forces have a positive and beneficial effect on increasing farmers’income;they exert a stronger effect on promoting farmers’income growth in the central and western regions,the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration;agricultural new quality productive forces can promote farmers’income growth by fostering rural agricultural machinery practitioners and specialized agricultural machinery households,as well as by elevating consumption expenditure levels in both urban and rural areas,thereby achieving common prosperity for farmers and rural communities.Based on these findings,the study proposes recommendations such as adopting multiple measures to enhance rural construction standards,establishing a coordinated regional agricultural development framework,and leveraging talent as the key driving force for agricultural new quality productive forces to promote farmers’income growth,in order to realize high-quality agricultural development.
