摘要
受到婚育年龄推迟的影响,卵巢储备功能减退逐渐成为影响女性生育能力的难题之一。王瑞霞教授总结多年临床经验,认为本病多因肾精先天不足、后天脾胃气血虚弱、肝脾肾亏虚,造成储卵不足、长卵无力,引发卵巢储备功能减退。王瑞霞教授基于“阳化气,阴成形”之中医传统理论,独辟蹊径,提出以滋阴助阳、阴阳双补、肝脾肾同治、气血精兼调为基本治法,以毓麟珠汤加减,拟定毓麟护坤汤治疗该病,疗效显著。
With the postponement of marriage and childbearing age,diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)has increasingly become one of the challenges affecting female fertility.Professor Wang Ruixia summarizes years of clinical experience,and believes that DOR is primarily caused by congenital insufficiency of kidney essence and postnatal weakness of Qi and blood in spleen and stomach,and deficiencies in liver,spleen,and kidneys.These deficiencies result in an inadequate ovarian reserve and impaired follicular development,leading to the disease.Based on the traditional Chinese medicine theory of"Yang transforms Qi,Yin forms structure",professor Wang Ruixia developed an innovative approach,proposing a basic treatment principle that includes nourishing Yin and supporting Yang,balancing both Yin and Yang,and synergistic treatment of liver,spleen,and kidney,along with harmonizing Qi,blood,and essence.Aadapted with Yulinzhu Decoction.Yulin Hukun Decoction is used to treat the disease and has demonstrated significant therapeutic effects.
