摘要
不育症是指男性由于精子生成和质量问题导致的生育障碍。徐福松教授为国家级名老中医,其中医治疗不育症特色鲜明、效果显著。徐教授采用补脾胃泻阴火法,大建中焦、清泻阴火、提高生殖机能。本文总结徐教授从脾胃着手,补泻结合治疗不育症的理论思想,为不育症的中医药辨治提供新思路,并通过临床案例予以验证。
Objective Male infertility refers to the reproductive dysfunction caused by issues in sperm production and quality.Professor Xu Fusong,a nationally renowned veteran traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctor,has developed a distinctive and highly effective TCM treatment of male infertility.Professor Xu applied the method of tonifying spleen and stomach,dispelling Yin fire,tonifying the Middle Jiao,and clearing excess Yin fire to enhance reproductive function.This paper summarizes the theoretical approach of Professor Xu in treating male infertility,which focuses on both supplementation and purgation through spleen and stomach.It provides new insights into the TCM differentiation and treatment of male infertility,and is verified by clinical cases.
