摘要
为控制拆除还建项目的成本风险,基于熵权法对贵州省正安县拆除还建应急安置工程的成本风险进行分析,将风险因素划分为组织因素、技术因素、合同因素和价格因素4大因素,并进行了熵值计算。研究结果表明,制度实施效果、管理人员专业技能水平、合同条款设置、材料费的熵值分别为0.7427、0.7697、0.7500、0.7925,将其确定为关键因素,并针对关键因素提出建议。
To control the cost risk of demolition and reconstruction projects,the entropy weight method is used to analyze the cost risk of emergency resettlement projects in Zheng an County.The risk factors are divided into four major factors:organizational factor,technical factor,contract factor and price factor,and the entropy value is calculated.The research results show that the entropy values of implementation effect of the system,management personnel level,contract clause setting,and material cost are 0.7427,0.7697,0.7500,and 0.7925,respectively,which are determined as key factors,and suggestions are made for key factors.
