基于灰度相关性分析聚合物掺量对砂浆的影响

摘要 为研究聚合物乳液掺量对水泥砂浆性能的影响,以丙烯酸乳液为例,分析不同掺量乳液对水泥砂浆的工作性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着丙烯酸乳液掺量的增大,水泥砂浆的凝结时间和流动度逐渐增大,吸水率明显下降。水泥砂浆的7 d抗折强度无明显变化而抗压强度下降明显,28 d抗折强度有所提高但抗压强度明显下降。采用灰度相关性分析方法可知,丙烯酸乳液掺量对水泥砂浆性能的影响由大到小依次为:初凝时间>抗折强度>终凝时间>流动度>抗压强度>吸水率,同时确定丙烯酸乳液最佳掺量为2.5%。 In order to study the modification effects of polymer emulsion on cement mortar,acrylic acid emulsion was added to the mortar.The results show that with the increase of acrylic emulsion content,the setting time and fluidity gradually increased,the water absorption rate obviously decreased.The 7-day flexural strength has not obviously changed,and the compressive strength decreased significantly.The 28-day flexural strength increased,and the compressive strength decreased.By using the method of gray correlation analysis,the influences of acrylic emulsion content on properties of cement mortar are as follows:initial setting time>flexural strength>final setting time>fluidity>compressive strength>water absorption rate and the optimal content of acrylic emulsion is 2.5%.
