摘要
文章利用水浴消解-原子荧光法测定土壤中的总砷含量,对仪器条件中负高压与灯电流、还原剂硼氢化钾质量分数等试验条件进行了优化,发现最佳的负高压与灯电流240 V、50 mA,最佳的还原剂硼氢化钾质量分数为1%;对3类土壤样品的检测,发现其检测值均低于15 mg/kg,土壤检测合格,并未受到污染,且相对标准偏差低于5%,试验精密度良好。因此,改进后的测定方法,可以用于土壤中总砷含量的测定,为相关工作人员提供一些理论性参考。
A water bath digestion atomic fluorescence method was used to determine the total arsenic content in soil.The experimental conditions,including negative high voltage,lamp current,and reducing agent potassium borohydride mass fraction,were optimized.The optimal negative high voltage,lamp current of 240 V and 50 mA,and reducing agent potassium borohydride mass fraction of 1%were found.For the testing of three types of soil samples,it was found that their detection values were all below 15 mg/kg,indicating that the soil testing was qualified and not contaminated.The relative standard deviation was less than 5%,and the experimental precision was good.Therefore,the improved measurement method can be used for the determination of total arsenic content in soil,providing some theoretical references for relevant personnel.
