摘要
为了评价瑶药品质,选择广西来宾金秀产的九节风、大肠风、半荷风3种瑶药作为研究对象,测定3种瑶药的燃烧热、燃烧稳定性、脂肪、粗纤维、灰分、微量元素、氨基酸。实验结果表明,3种瑶药燃烧热大小排列顺序为大肠风>九节风>半荷风;燃烧稳定性参数为0.34703,0.67897,0.41000,排列顺序为大肠风>半荷风>九节风;粗纤维含量顺序为半荷风>九节风>大肠风;脂肪含量大小顺序为九节风>大肠风>半荷风;灰分含量大小顺序为大肠风>半荷风>九节风;基于燃烧热、热重分析参数、脂肪、粗纤维、灰分、微量元素、氨基酸,多指标综合评价值为0.2742,0.5428,-0.8171,3种瑶药的综合评价多指标排序为大肠风>九节风>半荷风。根据变量聚类分为3类。本研究建立了3种瑶药的多指标分析评价体系,为瑶药的研究提供科学的依据。
In order to evaluate the quality of Yao medicine,three kinds of Yao medicine,namely Jiujiefeng,large intestine wind and Banhefeng,in Jinxiu,Laibin,Guangxi,were selected as the research objects,and the combustion heat,combustion stability,fat,crude fiber,ash,trace elements and amino acids of the three Yao medicines were determined.The experimental results showed that the order of the combustion heat of the three Yao medicines was large intestine wind>Jiujiefeng>Banhefeng.The combustion stability parameters were 0.34703,0.67897 and 0.41000,and the order was large intestine wind>Banhefeng>Jiujiefeng.The order of crude fiber content was Banhefeng>Jiujiefeng>large intestine wind.The order of fat content was Jiujiefeng>large intestine wind>Banhefeng.The order of ash content was large intestine wind>Banhefeng>Jiujiefeng.Based on the heat of combustion,thermogravimetric analysis parameters,fat,crude fiber,ash,trace elements,and amino acids,the comprehensive evaluation values of multiple indicators were 0.2742,0.5428,and-0.8171,and the comprehensive evaluation of the three Yao medicines were ranked as large intestine wind>Jiujiefeng>Banhefeng.It was divided into 3 categories according to the clustering of variables.In this study,a multi-index analysis and evaluation system of three Yao medicines was established to provide a scientific basis for the research of Yao medicines.
