摘要
镁合金因其轻质、高强等特性,在航空航天、汽车、电子产品等领域具有广泛应用前景,但其较差的抗腐蚀性、硬度和耐磨性限制了其在苛刻环境中的应用。微弧氧化(MAO)作为一种新型表面处理技术,可在镁合金表面形成高硬度、抗腐蚀的氧化膜,显著提升其表面性能。本文系统综述了镁合金微弧氧化技术的研究进展,重点阐述了MAO的原理与制备工艺。并讨论了MAO技术在航空航天、汽车、电子等领域的应用潜力。
Due to its light weight and high strength,magnesium alloys have broad application prospects in aerospace,automobile,electronic products and other fields.However,its corrosion resistance,hardness and wear resistance limit its application in harsh environments.Micro-arc oxidation(MAO),as a new surface treatment technology,can form a high-hardness,corrosion-resistant oxide film on the surface of magnesium alloys,effectively improving its surface properties.This paper systematically reviews the research progress of micro-arc oxidation technology of magnesium alloys,focusing on the principle and preparation of MAO.This paper also discusses the application potential of MAO technology in aerospace,automobile,electronics and other fields.
