摘要
综述了微弧氧化技术的基本原理,介绍了铝、镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷层的组织结构和性能,总结和分析了不同工艺参数如电压、电流密度、氧化时间等对陶瓷层性能的影响规律,并对槽液体系如酸碱度、添加剂种类及溶液电导率等对微弧氧化陶瓷层性能的影响进行了介绍,同时对该技术的工艺优点、存在问题进行了简述,并提出了在微弧氧化技术研究开发时应注意的问题,即加强微弧氧化技术基础理论的研究,促进微弧氧化技术的工业化应用.
The principle of micro- arc oxidation, microstructure and performance of the ceramic coatings on AI and Mg alloys were reviewed in this paper. The influences of voltage, electric density, oxide time and electrolyte on the performance of the coating were also discussed. Moreover, the technical advantage, existing problems and future development were briefly stated. Finally, the idea of strengthening basic study and promoting industrialization of the technology is provided.
