摘要
石化装置特种设备目录外小径管未纳入安全技术规范和强制性标准的管理范畴,其设计、制造、安装、质量检测等环节往往疏于管理。由于大型石化装置所处工况条件十分恶劣,与普通承压设备对比,特种设备目录外小径管遭受保温层下腐蚀减薄威胁的可能性更大。研究介绍了某石化厂内石化装置特种设备目录外小径管的腐蚀案例,分析了腐蚀隐患的来源和运行过程中可能存在的风险,提出了相对应的腐蚀防控与检测评价措施,确保大型石化装置能够实现长周期健康稳定运行。
Small diameter pipes outside the special equipment catalog of petrochemical plants are not included in the management scope of safety technical specifications and mandatory standards,and their design,manufacturing,installation,quality inspection and other links are often neglected in management.Due to the extremely harsh working conditions of large petrochemical plants,compared with ordinary pressure equipment,small diameter pipes outside the special equipment catalog are more likely to be threatened by corrosion and thinning under the insulation layer.The study introduces a corrosion case of small-diameter pipes outside the special equipment catalog of a petrochemical plant,analyzes the sources of corrosion hazards and potential risks during operation,and proposes corresponding measures for corrosion prevention and control,detection,and evaluation to ensure the long-term healthy and stable operation of large-scale petrochemical plants.
