简要介绍了Ⅱ加氢裂化装置的反应流出物/混合进料绕管式换热器(E1001)的结构及发生泄漏的部位,分析了放空管泄漏的原因,重点介绍了该换热器修复的难点及修复程序。
This article outlines the structure of the spiral tube heat exchanger(E 1001)for response effluent/mixed feeding in hydrocracker Ⅱ and the leak parts.It focuses on analyzing the reasons for vent pipe leak and difficulty in rehabilitation. The article also introduces the rehabilitation of the equipment through adoption of reasonable reworking plan.
