塑料平均线性膨胀系数测定的不确定度评定

摘要 采用静态热机械法测定塑料的平均线性膨胀系数,并对测量结果进行不确定度评定。通过建立数学模型,分析并量化了各不确定度来源,包括测量重复性、仪器校准及数值修约等因素。实验结果表明,测量重复性引入的不确定度分量最大,仪器校准引入的不确定度分量次之,数值修约引入的不确定度分量最小。 The static thermomechanical method was adopted to determine the average linear expansion coefficient of materials,and the uncertainty of the measurement results was evaluated.By establishing a mathematical model,various sources of uncertainty were analyzed and quantified,including measurement repeatability,instrument calibration,and numerical rounding.The experimental results indicate that the uncertainty component introduced by measurement repeatability is the largest,followed by that introduced by instrument calibration,and the uncertainty component introduced by numerical rounding is the smallest.
