摘要
将自黏型液体硅橡胶涂覆在聚碳酸酯(PC)板上制得粘接试样,考察了涂胶厚度、板材宽度、液体硅橡胶抽气脱泡时间及表面处理方式对剥离强度的影响。结果表明,涂胶厚度增加,制得的自黏型液体硅橡胶粘接板的剥离强度增大;粘接板材宽度和抽泡脱气时间对硅橡胶剥离强度的影响均不大;使用超声和纯水对粘接板材进行前处理,去除板材表面的杂质和污迹,硅橡胶对板材的粘接强度明显提高。
Adhesive samples were prepared by coating self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber on polycarbonate(PC)boards,and the effects of coating thickness,board width,liquid silicone rubber degassing time,and surface treatment method on peel strength were investigated.The results showed that the increase in adhesive thickness resulted in an increase in the peel strength of the self-adhesive liquid silicone rubber adhesive sheet.The width of the adhesive sheet and the degassing time had little effect on the peel strength of the silicone rubber.Ultrasonic and pure water pretreatment to remove impurities and stains on the adhesive sheet surface significantly improved the peel strength of the silicone rubber to the sheet.
