摘要
目的:探讨药师参与的护理模式联合抗阻训练在高血压患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年10月郑州市第二人民医院收治的92例高血压患者作为研究对象,采用便利抽样法分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=46)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用药师参与的护理模式联合抗阻训练。对比两组患者健康认知水平、服药依从性、血压控制效果及生活质量情况。结果:干预后,观察组患者健康认知评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.079、5.690、5.157、7.388,P<0.05);观察组患者服药依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.039,P<0.05);观察组患者血压控制情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.284、7.858,P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.262、6.544、5.793、5.494、6.986、5.985、6.643,P<0.05)。结论:药师参与的护理模式联合抗阻训练可增强高血压患者健康认知水平,提高服药依从性,促进血压下降,提高生活质量。
Objective:To explore the value of combined resistance training in hypertensive patients.Methods:92 hypertensive patients admitted to the hospital from August 2021 to October 2023 were selected into 2 groups,with 46 patients in each group according to random number method.The control group performed routine nursing,and the observation group conducted the nursing mode combined resistance training of pharmacists.Health cognitive level,medication compliance,blood pressure control effect and quality of life were compared.Results:After intervention,the health cognition scores of patients in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.079,5.690,5.157,7.388;P<0.05).The medication compliance rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.039,P<0.05).The blood pressure control of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.284,7.858;P<0.05).The quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.262,6.544,5.793,5.494,6.986,5.985,6.643;P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing mode of pharmacist participation combined with resistance training can enhance the health cognition level of hypertensive patients,improve medication compliance,promote blood pressure decline,and improve the quality of life.
