浙江20强县级供销社人才队伍建设研究

摘要 乡村全面振兴战略下,供销社人才队伍承担着提升农业社会化服务水平、推动农业农村现代化的重要使命。浙江省20强县级供销社为乡村全面振兴战略的深入实施提供了有力的人才支撑,但也面临人才梯队年龄梯度明显、高学历人才资源相对稀缺、人才流动性较高、人才培养体系尚待完善和人才结构存在优化空间等挑战。为此,需要加强人才战略规划,优化薪酬福利体系,完善人才培养机制,实施人才激励措施,优化人才结构,不断加强人才队伍建设。 Under the comprehensive rural revitalization strategy,Supply and Marketing Cooperatives(SMCs)bear the crucial mission of enhancing the level of agricultural socialized services and accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.In recent years,under the leadership of the Zhejiang Provincial SMC,the top 20 county-level SMCs have provided robust talent support for the strategy’s implementation,yet they still face several challenges:pronounced age stratification within the talent echelon,a relative scarcity of highly educated personnel,high turnover,an underdeveloped talent-cultivation system,and room for further optimization of the talent structure.It is necessary to strengthen talent team development in areas such as strategic talent planning,compensation and benefits systems,talent cultivation mechanisms,talent incentive measures,and the optimized allocation of talent structures.
