摘要
目的 观察穴位埋线联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗对特发性中枢性性早熟患者性激素及血浆Kisspeptin水平的影响。方法 将92例特发性中枢性性早熟患者按照治疗方法不同分为药物组(46例)和联合组(46例)。药物组采用醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗,联合组采用穴位埋线联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗。比较两组治疗前后乳核直径、盆腔发育指标、骨龄指数、血清性激素水平[雌二醇(estradiol, E2)、促黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone, LH)和卵泡刺激素(follicle-stimulating hormone, FSH)]及血浆Kisspeptin水平的变化。结果 治疗后,两组乳核直径及子宫和卵巢容积均小于治疗前(P<0.05),且联合组均小于药物组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组骨龄指数、血清E2、血清LH、血清FSH及血浆Kisspeptin水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且联合组均低于药物组(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗特发性中枢性性早熟的疗效优于单纯醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗,可有效调节血浆Kisspeptin及性激素水平,明显减缓骨龄增长及第二性征发育。
Objective To observe the effect of acupoint thread embedding plus leuprolide acetate on sex hormones and plasma kisspeptin levels in treating children with idiopathic central precocious puberty.Method Ninety-two patients with idiopathic central precocious puberty were allocated,according to different therapeutic methods,to a medication group(46 cases)and a combination group(46 cases).The medication group was treated with Leuprolide acetate and the combination group received by acupoint thread embedding plus Leuprolide acetate.Breast nucleus diameter,pelvic development indicators,bone age index(BAI),serum sex hormone estradiol(E_(2)),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)levels and plasma kisspeptin levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result After treatment,breast nucleus diameter and uterine and ovarian volumes decreased in the two groups compared with before(P<0.05)and were smaller in the combination group than in the medication group(P<0.05).After treatment,BAI,E2,LH,FSH and plasma kisspeptin levels decreased in the two groups compared with before(P<0.05)and were lower in the combination group than in the medication group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint thread embedding plus Leuprolide acetate is more effective than Leuprolide acetate alone in treating idiopathic central precocious puberty.It can effectively regulate plasma kisspeptin and sex hormone levels and significantly delay bone age growth and secondary sexual characteristic development.
