摘要
风电出力的随机性给系统调峰带来巨大压力,利用电网内调节成本较低的阶梯水电站进行调节来保障系统发供电平衡十分重要。首先,根据风电预测偏差的随机性,构建了风电-水电机会约束优化模型,模型包含2个目标函数,分别为系统运行成本最小和风电场实际发电量和期望发电量偏差最小;其次,采用抽样排序法将机会约束条件转化为线性约束条件后进行求解;最后,以某一实际电网为算例进行仿真验证。结果表明,相较于确定性优化模型,建立的机会约束优化模型使系统弃风率和总成本分别降低19.94%和1.22%,提高了系统运行的经济性。
Since the randomness of wind power output puts huge pressure on the peak regulation of the system,it is very impor-tant to use the cascade hydropower stations with lower regulation costs within the power grid for regulation to ensure the balance of pow-er generation and supply of the system.Firstly,based on the randomness of the predicated deviation of wind power,an optimization model of wind power and hydropower chance-constrained is constructed,which includes two objective functions,namely minimizing the operating cost of the system and minimizing the deviation between the actual and expected power generation of the wind power sta-tion.Secondly,the chance-constrained conditions are transformed into linear constraint conditions by the sampling ranking method for solution.Finally,a simulation verification is carried out with a certain actual power grid as a calculating example.Results show that,compared with the deterministic optimization model,the established chance-constrained optimization model can reduce the wind cur-tailment rate and total cost of the system by 19.94%and 1.22%respectively,which can improve the economic efficiency of the system operation.
