摘要
在医院手术室资源紧张的条件下,提高手术室使用效率显得尤为重要。文章以上海某医院Ⅰ级眼科洁净手术室改造为例,在合规、合理的基础上,增大洁净手术室换气次数,缩短每台手术换台自净时间,将洁净手术室自净时间从8 min缩短至4 min,手术室使用效率提高10%~15%,将有限的手术室资源服务于更多的患者,取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。
Under the condition of resource shortage in hospital operating room,it is particularly important to improve the efficiency of operating room.This paper takes the transformation of grade Ⅰ ophthalmic clean operating room in a hospital in Shanghai as an example.On the basis of compliance and rationality,the number of ventilation in the clean operating room is increased,the Clean-down capability of each operation is shortened,and the Clean-down capability of the clean operating room is shortened from 8 minutes to 4 minutes.The efficiency of operating room is increased by 10%~15%,and the limited operating room resources are used to serve more patients,achieving good social and economic benefits.
