摘要 为评价0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔可湿性粉剂在油菜抗冻性、病虫害防治、生长促进和增产中的效果,以华油杂2011为研究对象,通过小区区组试验开展了田间应用效果验证试验。结果表明,0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔可湿性粉剂+吡虫啉拌种处理能显著降低苗期害虫为害,促进油菜生长。虫害为害率降低5.66%,株高增加6.19 cm/株、根长增加2.41 cm/株、地上部鲜重增加14.42 g/株、根系鲜重增加8.37 g/株;蕾薹期喷施0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔可湿性粉剂15 d,其对油菜冻害的防效达29.3%;0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔可湿性粉剂的处理可显著提高油菜单株角果数、角粒数及产量,其油菜产量较空白对照增产772.95 kg/hm^(2),说明0.136%赤·吲乙·芸苔可湿性粉剂拌种和喷施对油菜具有明显的提苗、抗逆、防病及增产效果。 To evaluate the effects of GA·IAA·BR 0.136%WP(ComCat)on cold resistance,pest and disease control,growth promotion,and yield increase in Huayouza 2011 through field plot experiments.Results demonstrated that seed treatment with GA·IAA·BR 0.136%WP+imidacloprid significantly reduced seedling pest damage by 5.66%and enhanced plant growth,increasing plant height by 6.19 cm/plant,root length by 2.41 cm/plant,aboveground fresh weight by 14.42 g/plant,and root fresh weight by 8.37 g/plant.Foliar application at the bolting stage showed 29.3%efficacy against freezing injury after 15 days.The treatment significantly improved yield components,increasing silique number per plant,seeds per silique,and final yield by 772.95 kg/ha compared to control,confirming that GA·IAA·BR 0.136%WP application through both seed treatment and foliar spray effectively promotes seedling vigor,stress resistance,disease prevention,and yield enhancement in rapeseed.
