摘要
针对乙草胺传统剂型持效期短、防效差且增加药害风险的问题,采用室内盆栽生物活性试验法开展了以磺化纤维素为载体的15%乙草胺微囊悬浮剂对稗草除草活性及玉米安全性评价。结果表明,药后14 d,360 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下15%乙草胺微囊悬浮剂对稗草的鲜重防效达93.13%,显著高于50%乙草胺乳油。900 g a.i./hm^(2)剂量下15%乙草胺微囊悬浮剂对玉米根长、株高和鲜重的抑制率分别为43.56%、52.57%和27.24%,明显低于50%乙草胺乳油,说明15%乙草胺微囊悬浮剂较50%乙草胺乳油对作物更为安全。
To address the issues of short persistence,poor efficacy,and increased phytotoxicity risk associated with conventional acetochlor formulations,a pot bioassay was conducted to evaluate the herbicidal activity against Echinochloa crus-galli and safety to maize of acetochlor 15%CS using sulfonated cellulose as the carrier.The results showed that at 14 days after treatment,the fresh weight control efficacy of acetochlor 15%CS at 360 g a.i./ha reached 93.13%against E.crus-galli,significantly higher than that of acetochlor 50%EC.At 900 g a.i./ha,the inhibition rates of acetochlor 15%CS on maize root length,plant height,and fresh weight were 43.56%,52.57%,and 27.24%respectively,significantly lower than those of acetochlor 50%EC,demonstrating that acetochlor 15%CS is safer to crops compared to acetochlor 50%EC.
