摘要
[目的]探索植物生长调节剂与除草剂混用后对减轻作物药害和提高除草剂药效的影响。[方法]试验采用室内盆栽的方法,研究芸苔素内酯和胺鲜酯分别与不同除草剂混用后对玉米药害的减轻作用或是生长促进的作用,研究这2种植物生长调节剂对除草剂药效的影响。[结果]麦草畏、咪草烟和烯草酮分别与芸苔素内酯和胺鲜酯混用,玉米的药害均有所减轻,在低剂量下对玉米的生长有一定的促进作用;硝磺草酮和烟嘧磺隆分别与芸苔素内酯和胺鲜酯混用,不仅能提高对杂草的防效,而且能够促进玉米生长。[结论]植物生长调节剂与除草剂混用是减轻作物药害和提高除草效果的一个有效途径。
[Aims] The study aims to determine the effect of plant growth regulator mixed with herbicides on weeds control and crop safety. [Methods] In greenhouse, weeds and maize were treated with mixtures of tow plant growth regulators brassinolide and DA-6 mixed with herbicides respectively, weeds control, maize safety and promoting effects to the growth of maize were investigated. [Results] The results showed that the mixtures dicamba ＋brassinolideor DA-6, imazethapyr＋brassinolideor DA-6, clethodim＋brassinolideor DA-6 can reduce the injures and promote the growth of maize with lower doses treatment; mesotrione and nicosulfuron mixed with brassinolide and DA-6respectively, weeds control and maize growth were improved. [Conclusions] It is an effective way to reduce injure of herbicides on crops and improve crops growth by using mixture of herbicide and plant growth regulators.
