摘要
通过构建公共文化服务平台的用户体验量表,可以保障公共数字文化服务平台“以人为中心”的精准化建设与发展。文章通过文献调查法、访谈法、专家调查法等,初步拟定公共文化服务平台的用户体验量表题项,并通过探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析检验量表信效度,得出公共数字文化服务平台的用户体验量表,通过量表应用构建公共数字文化服务平台的用户画像,通过K-means聚类方法,得出核心型用户、中庸型用户以及边缘型用户三种用户类型。根据研究结果,提出针对三种用户类型的公共数字文化服务平台改善建议。
By constructing the user experience scale of public cultural service platform,it can guarantee the accurate construction and development of public digital cultural service platform with human-centred.The study preliminarily formulated the questions of user experience scale of public cultural service platform,and tested the reliability and validity of the scale through exploratory factor analysis and validation factor analysis,so as to derive the user experience scale of public digital cultural service platform.At the same time,the study constructs a user profile of the public digital cultural service platform through the application of the scale,and adopts the K-means clustering method to derive three types of users:core users,moderate users and marginal users.Based on the results,the study proposes recommendations for improving the public digital cultural service platform for the three user types.
