基于信号灯控制的一种可移动式隔离栏机构

摘要 由于传统的固定式红绿灯在某些特殊场景下难以满足交通管理的需求,道路堵车问题日益严重,每日事故发生率急剧增高,故城市道路交通企业对产品装配作业的效率和质量提出了更高要求。提出一种基于信号灯与道路隔离栏一体化控制的信息化智能交通设施系统,系统由传统信号灯、智能道路隔离栏、微型轨道、V型H型轨道滑轮、直流电机等组成。系统集成无线通信、高级数据分析、PLC程序等技术,对传统信号灯进行多元化智能系统重组,实现灯、栏一体化运作,同时校验与组装扭矩精准控制,远程与手持终端控制,达到提高交通产品装配作业的效率和质量,解决交通拥堵并极大地提高人们的出行效率的道路的通行能力这一根本性问题。 Due to the difficulty of traditional fixed traffic lights in meeting the needs of traffic management in certain special scenarios,the problem of road congestion is becoming increasingly serious,and the daily accident rate is sharply increasing.Therefore,urbanroad traffic enterprises have put forward higher requirements for the efficiency and quality of product assembly operations.The articleproposes an information-based intelligent transportation facility based on integrated control of signal lights and road barriers.The systemconsists of traditional signal lights,intelligent road barriers,micro tracks,V-shaped H-shaped track pulleys,DC motors,etc.The system integrates technologies such as wireless communication,advanced data analysis,and PLC programs to restructure traditional signallights into a diversified intelligent system,achieving integrated operation of lights and barriers.At the same time,precise torque controlis verified and assembled,and remote and handheld terminal control is used to improve the efficiency and quality of transportation product assembly operations,solve traffic congestion,and greatly improve the traffic capacity of roads,which is the fundamental problemof improving people's travel efficiency.
