摘要
针对传统传感器技术存在的响应延迟问题,文章系统分析多物理场传感技术的创新机制,阐述微机电系统MEMS惯性传感器的高动态响应特性、压电式碰撞传感器的应力波检测原理以及雷达-视觉-惯性测量单元融合架构的协同感知机制。通过优化传感器信号处理链路与碰撞预判算法,显著缩短系统触发延迟。
Aiming at the response delay problem of traditional sensor technology,the study systematically analyzes the innovation mechanism of multi-physical field sensing technology,and elaborates the high dynamic response characteristics of micro-electromechanical system(MEMS)inertial sensors,the principle of stress wave detection of piezoelectric collision sensors,and the synergistic sensing mechanism of the fusion architecture of radar-vision-inertial measurement units.By optimizing the sensor signal processing link and collision prediction algorithm,the system trigger delay is significantly reduced.
