摘要
对30CrMnSiNi2A钢螺栓试验件的螺纹端分别进行了铅浴局部回火和感应加热局部回火处理,对比研究了两种局部回火工艺对试样回火后硬度分布和不同偏斜角度下拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,试样经过感应局部回火处理后可以获得更为均匀的硬度分布。同时,感应局部回火工艺可明显改善材料的缺口敏感性,提升试样的抗裂纹扩展能力和协调变形能力。
The threaded end of 30CrMnSiNi2A steel bolt pieces was respectively subjected to local tempering in lead bath and local tempering in induction heating,and the effects of two local tempering processes on the hardness distribution and tensile properties at different deflection angles of the sample after tempering were studied.The results show that more uniform hardness distribution can be obtained after induction local tempering treatment.Meanwhile,the induction local tempering process can significantly improve the notch sensitivity of the material,and enhance the crack growth resistance and deformation compatibility of the sample.
