摘要
失语症患者的交际能力评估是康复研究的重要前提,但传统语言测试难以反映真实交际能力。本文旨在综述失语症患者交际能力评估工具研究现状。本文梳理了基于功能性交际理念的代表性评估工具,将其分为交际能力测试、交际能力观察记录和语言分析三类,并分析其优势与局限性,发现现有工具在非言语交际行为的衡量、交际工具间区分度及文化适应性等方面存在不足。未来需完善理论基础,提升工具灵敏度,融入人工智能技术,并开发针对汉语患者的本土化评估工具,以更全面、科学地评估失语症患者的交际能力,为临床实践提供参考。
Assessment of communicative ability in patients with aphasia is a crucial prerequisite for rehabilitation research.However,traditional language tests often fail to accurately reflect real-world communicative competence.To review communication assessment tools for patients with aphasia,this paper reviews representative evaluation tools based on a functional communication approach,categorizing them into three types:communicative ability tests,observational profiles,and language analysis.Their advantages and limitations are analyzed.The study finds that current tools have shortcomings in aspects such as measuring non-verbal communication behaviors,distinguishing between different communication tools,and cultural adaptability.Future efforts should focus on improving theoretical foundations,enhancing the sensitivity of assessment tools,integrating artificial intelligence technologies,and developing localized evaluation instruments tailored for Chinese-speaking speakers,in order to provide a more comprehensive and scientific assessment of the communicative abilities of patients with aphasia and offer valuable references for clinical practice.
