聚苯硫醚纯化工艺优化研究

摘要 在聚苯硫醚生产过程中,需对聚合产物进行纯化操作,但该过程消耗大量去离子水。为了降低用水量,基于自研设备,采用搅拌洗涤与过滤相结合的方式,分别排出低聚物和含盐液体,以满足产品纯化需求。通过电导率仪对洗出液的含盐量进行了表征和测试,考察了循环使用洗涤出水对纯化效果、洗涤次数及去离子水用总量的影响。结果表明,循环使用洗涤出水后,洗涤次数未明显增加,同时能有效降低去离子水用量并达到纯化要求,最终确定纯化所需去离子水的最小用量约为纯化后聚苯硫醚干重的2.65倍。 In the production process of polyphenylene sulfide,purification of the polymerization product is required,but this process consumes a large amount of deionized water.In order to reduce water consumption,based on self-developed equipment,a combination of stirring,washing,and filtration is used to discharge oligomers and salt containing liquids separately to meet the purification requirements of the product.The salt content of the washing solution was characterized and tested using a conductivity meter,and the effects of cyclic use of washing water on purification efficiency,washing frequency,and total amount of deionized water used were investigated.The results showed that after recycling the washed water,there was no significant increase in washing times,and the amount of deionized water used could be effectively reduced to meet the purification requirements.The minimum amount of deionized water required for purification was ultimately determined to be about 2.65 times the dry weight of purified polyphenylene sulfide.
