摘要
为生产具有阻燃和屏蔽功能的高端军用帐蓬布,优选了聚苯硫醚纤维和不锈钢纤维两种功能性纤维,对其结构和物理性能进行研究,探讨了帐篷布的纺纱方法、工艺流程及制造工序技术要点,提出了电磁屏蔽帐篷布的性能指标。指出:织物厚度是影响织物电磁屏蔽效果的关键因素,采用中特纱、斜纹组织能增加织物的厚度;采用二道并条交错排列是充分混合的关键;适当的捻系数是提高成纱质量的重要因素;经过对屏蔽、阻燃纤维的论证、选取,对生产中各工序相关工艺参数和工艺部件的优化,生产出具有阻燃、屏蔽功能的军用帐篷布。
For production of high quality cloth,of which military tents are made with flame re-tardant and shielding properties,optimization is done of the two functional fibers including ryton fiber and stainless steel fiber plus study of the fiber structure and performance. Probing is done into the spinning process,process flow and manufacturing process and technical essentials and the performance index with tent manufacturing. The results show that fabric thickness is important to fabric electromagnetic shielding effect. Yarn of medium tex and twill weave increase fabric thickness. Double drawing with staggered arrangement ensures thoroughly mixing. Proper twist factor is important in improving yarn quality. After demonstration and selection of fiber characterized as shielding and flame retardant properties,and optimization of each related process parameters and process components,tent cloth with flame retardant and shielding properties is produced and market needs met.
