摘要
针对目前单工位炭/炭坩埚预制体针刺机针刺深浅不一、针刺效率低、自动化水平不高导致的难以适应批量、多规格回转结构复合材料预制体的针刺成型要求等问题,课题组提出一种炭/炭坩埚回转预制体双工位针刺机系统。根据回转预制体的针刺成型特性,采用五轴联动的针刺机运动机构,并展开了双工位针刺机系统的机械结构、控制系统、路径规划、仿真计算以及预制体制备的实验验证。实验结果表明:系统成功实现了不同规格预制体的高效针刺成型,不同角度针刺实验针迹高度一致。该装备操作简单,具有较高生产效率及自动化水平,能够满足企业的实际生产需求。
Aiming at the problems such as different needling depth,low needling efficiency and low automation level of the current single-station carbon/carbon crucible prefabricated body needling machine,which is difficult to adapt the needling molding requirements of batch and multi-specification rotary structural composite materials,the research group proposed a double-station needling machine system of carbon/carbon composite rotary prefabricated materials.According to the needle punching characteristics of the crucible rotary precast,a five axis linkage needle punching machine motion mechanism was adopted,and the mechanical structure,control system,path planning,simulation calculation and experimental verification of the double-station needling machine system were carried out.The experimental results show that the system successfully realizes the high-efficiency acupuncture molding of the preforms with different specifications,and the experimental stitch heights are consistent at different angles.The equipment is simple to operate,has high production efficiency and automation level,and can meet the actual production needs of enterprises.
