摘要
随着我国工业化、城镇化的持续发展,各类灾害事故的复杂性、多样性不断增加,传统的案例管理模式面临信息孤岛、数据更新滞后以及资源共享困难等诸多挑战。对此,提出一种基于云计算架构的灾害事故案例管理平台,利用云计算技术实现灾害事故数据的高效采集、存储、分析与共享,显著提升灾害应对的科学性和时效性。该平台共包含6个功能模块,涵盖案例用户管理、信息采集、数据分析及可视化等功能,采用多层级架构,设计国家、地方和社会公众三层级端口,满足不同层级用户在灾害事故信息管理、应急决策支持及信息共享方面的个性需求,为新时期灾害应急响应和防灾减灾提供有力支持。
With the continuous development of industrialization and urbanization in our country,the complexity and diversity of various disaster accidents are constantly increasing.The traditional case management model is facing many challenges such as information silos,lagging data updates and difficulties in resource sharing.In this regard,a disaster accident case management platform based on cloud computing architecture is proposed.Cloud computing technology is utilized to achieve efficient collection,storage,analysis and sharing of disaster accident data,significantly enhancing the scientificity and timeliness of disaster response.This platform consists of six functional modules,covering functions such as case user management,information collection,data analysis and visualization.It adopts a multi-level architecture and designs three levels of ports at the national,local and public levels,meeting the individualized needs of users at different levels in disaster and accident information management,emergency decision support and information sharing.Provide strong support for disaster emergency response and disaster prevention and mitigation in the new era.
