摘要
目的:深入认识白族药用植物倒钩刺的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、MCI柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析等色谱手段对倒钩刺95%乙醇提取物的化学成分进行分离纯化,依据理化性质和现代波谱分析技术对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从倒钩刺全草95%乙醇提取物二个不同极性部位分离纯化了10个单体化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇乙酸酯(1)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(2)、蔷薇酸(3)、山柰酚(4)、雪松醇(5)、agrimonolide(6)、补骨脂素(7)、莳萝油脑(8)、正二十烷(9)、正三十二烷-1-醇(10)。结论:化合物1、2、5、8-10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To gain a deeper understanding thechemical constituents of Bai ethnic medicinal plant“Dao-Gou-Ci”(Rubus delavayi).Methods The chemical constituents from 95%ethanol extract of Rubus delavayi were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography with silicagel,MCI,and Sephadex LH-20,and their structures were identified by the comprehensive analysis of physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results Ten monomeric compounds were isolated and purified from two different polar fractions of the 95%ethanol extract of R.delavayi whole plant,and identified asβ-sitosterol acetate(1),stigmast-4-en-3-one(2),euscaphic acid(3),kaempferol(4),cedar alcohol(5),agrimonolide(6),psoralen(7),dillapiole(8),n-eicosane(9),and 1-dotriacontanol(10).Conclusion Compounds 1,2,5,and 8-10 were isolated from R.delavayi for the first time.
